Open Enrollment
Don’t Miss Your Chance to Enroll or Change Your Benefits
Open Enrollment is your annual opportunity to make changes to your benefits for the upcoming year. The elections you make during Open Enrollment will remain in effect January 1 – December 31, 2025 unless you experience a qualified change in status (such as marriage, birth or adoption of a child, etc.).
Take Action!
Open Enrollment this year is passive. This means that your current selections will roll over next year, except for the Flexible Spending Accounts and Health Savings Account, which require active elections each year.
However, now is a great time to educate yourself and:
- Join or change medical plans
- Add or drop eligible dependent coverage
- Decline coverage
- Enroll or re-enroll in the Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs)
- Enroll or re-enroll in the Health Savings Account (HSA)
- Update beneficiary designations (allowed at any time)

Explore Your Benchling Benefits
Your benefits needs can change over time. No matter what is happening in your life, it’s important to review all the benefit options during every open enrollment so you can make the best decisions for yourself and your family.
Select Your 2025 Coverage
Decide if you need to make changes to your current benefits, want to enroll in a new plan, or contribute to an FSA or HSA for 2025. If you’re adding any dependents to your coverage, make sure you have all the information you’ll need – date of birth, Social Security number, and supporting documentation.
